This policy explains what Emerald Coast Web Co. does with information you share, and what this website collects on its own.
When you email, call, or use the quote request form, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything about your project. The quote form does not submit anything to a server. It opens your own email app with the details filled in, so nothing leaves your device until you press send.
I use your information to answer you, prepare a quote, and deliver the work. I do not sell it or trade it. I share it only with services needed to do the job, such as a payment processor or a domain registrar, and only what they need.
This is a static site with no analytics and no advertising cookies. It loads a font from Google Fonts and a CSS framework from a content delivery network. Those providers may see your IP address when your browser requests those files, as with any website that uses them. I do not receive personal data from that.
I keep project and contact records while we work together and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and reference purposes. You can ask me to delete your contact details at any time.
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@emeraldcoastwebco.com and I will take care of it.
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page.
